Blessed Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was an Italian teenager who is known for his deep faith and devotion to the Eucharist. Despite his young age, Carlo was passionate about using technology for spiritual purposes, creating a website that documented Eucharistic miracles around the world. His love for the Eucharist and his desire to share its importance led him to live a life of holiness and service to others. Carlo was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 15 and offered his suffering for the Pope and the Church. He passed away in 2006, and his beatification process began soon after his death. Carlo Acutis was beatified by Pope Francis in 2020. His feast day is celebrated on October 12th.
