Stella Maris Readings operates under a standard policy where services rendered, delivered products, or missed appointments are typically non-refundable. However, our team retains the flexibility to review exceptional cases based on individual circumstances and may consider appropriate exceptions accordingly.

In the event that a spiritual product arrives damaged or broken, we kindly ask you to reach out to Stella Maris Readings to explore alternative solutions. Depending on the situation, damaged items may be eligible for a refund or replacement after discussion.

Please notify us of any damaged items within 7 business days of receipt.

Items reported after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Should you experience dissatisfaction with your order, we encourage you to contact Stella Maris Readings to explore other available options. Refunds for purchased spiritual products will be considered solely at the discretion of Stella Maris Readings when deemed appropriate.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel spiritual readings and coaching sessions by providing written notice to Stella Maris Readings. A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total service cost will be applied to any cancellations made after booking. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or reading date. This policy ensures fair treatment of our scheduling commitments. By booking our services, clients agree to this cancellation policy. Reminders are not sent prior to sessions.

Services other than spiritual readings such as our manifestation services like jars, candle services, etc... are non-refundable/non-cancellable.

Orders placed through our botanica may not be canceled or refunded after 24 hours from the date of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
