By scheduling spiritual services with Stella Maris Readings, you understand and agree that Stella Maris Readings is not a licensed professional and therefore cannot give medical, legal, or tax advice. Any information or advice given by Stella Maris Readings is not to be used in place of any medical, legal, tax, financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Services by Stella Maris Readings are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Stella Maris Readings will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, any service with Stella Maris Readings, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. Stella Maris Readings is not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of a service. Your consultation and use of services is subject to your own personal interpretation and decisions made are of your own free will. You are ultimately responsible for your actions.
Spiritual Readings
You must read the following and only proceed to schedule your session/service if you agree to the terms and conditions below:

You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with Grace of Stella Maris Readings. If you are a minor, there must be pre-arranged permission from a parent or legal guardian with Stella Maris Readings to receive a reading.
Full payments are required at the time of booking to secure your session and/or service. Session times will not be held for you with out payment as scheduling books up quickly.
It is crucial to understand that you, as the client, must be open to receiving messages from the universe. Feelings of anxiety, negativity, and uncertainty will block you from receiving messages from your guides and the universe. Prior to the session, take time to meditate, relax, and breathe. Focus on the questions you would like answers to.
Stella Maris Readings reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if a connection with a client has not been achieved, if a client is not responding positively to the session and to carry on could cause harm to client, and/or if the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
All information given by Stella Maris Readings is given on the understanding that nothing in life is 100%. Please note that your own free will changes your path and outcomes.
The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given and/or spiritual communication, and will not base major decisions on the information given in the reading.
All information is given for the client to use at their own free will and is for entertainment purposes only.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or Instagram. It is the responsibility of the client to call Stella Maris Readings promptly at his/her scheduled time (not a minute before) as Stella Maris Readings may be wrapping up a previous session. Please note that if you call Stella Maris Readings later than your scheduled time, missed time will not be made up. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please let Stella Maris Readings know in advance of your scheduled reading and you can make arrangements to reschedule your appointment if that is deemed appropriate (as to not interfere with her other appointments).
As technology is the main mode of communication, the client must ensure that they have excellent connectivity to cell service and WIFI. Connectivity issues can impact your time during the session and cannot be made up. Please note that Grace conducts readings from her personal office and ensures excellent connectivity on her end. Should Stella Maris Reading have connectivity issues prior to the appointment, she will provide notice and reschedule the appointment.
All payments are final. Please note that not all of the information, especially that of which is for the future, makes sense at the time of the reading as information unfolds with time. Refunds are not provided unless Stella Maris Readings is unable to connect with you and the reading is terminated within the first 7 minutes of the session.
Unless specified, all services are private (one-on-one). All additional people must pay and be authorized prior to the session.
As the session with Stella Maris Readings comes to a close, you will be asked if you have any more questions. This is your time to ask any last question to wrap up your session (within the time allotment). Should you require more time, you are encouraged to schedule another appointment. Given the nature and method in which readings are conducted, Grace is unable to take any additional questions regarding the reading once the session has been concluded.
Reschedule/Cancellation: Stella Maris Readings reserves the right to reschedule or cancel personal readings at any time and will make every attempt to do so in a timely manner. If Stella Maris Readings cancels a reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer alternative appointment options for the session. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session will not be refunded.
Stella Maris Readings requires 24 hour notice when rescheduling your appointment. Please contact Stella Maris Readings with your name, appointment time, and a brief message as soon as you know you are not able to make the appointment. Thank you for respecting her time, as you do your own. Should you wish to reschedule a session and notify us less than 24 hours before the original scheduled session, a fee of half the service's price will be applied. If you miss your appointment with no prior notification, this will be considered a NO SHOW/missed appointment. Please note that time is blocked off for your appointment and requires preparation on Grace’s part, as well as prevents her from scheduling other clients in that time slot who are ready for an appointment.
No Show/Missed Appointment: Any appointment which is classified as a No Show/Missed appointment, including appointments in which the client is more than 10 minutes tardy without prior notice is considered a forfeit of the appointment. Stella Maris Readings reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at her discretion. In the event that you miss your appointment and would like to proceed with the rescheduling, please be advised that a fee amounting to fifty percent of the session cost will be applicable.
If a client wishes to pay a rescheduling fee, they must notify Stella Maris Readings and complete the payment within 14 days of the missed appointment. Failure to do so will require the client to pay the full original session fee without any discounts in order to book a new session.

Spiritual Products

All spiritual products including manifestation oils, waters, charms, kits and floor washes are purchased and used at your own risk.
Stella Maris Readings is not liable for any allergic reactions, injury, losses, and/or damages as a result of the use of spiritual products.
All spiritual products are not to be ingested and are to be kept out of reach of children, pets, and/or flames.
Manifestation oils may only be anointed on candles before the wick is lit. Anointing a lit candle with manifestation oils can result in danger, injury, and/or even death. Take precaution when lighting candles with spiritual products.
It is crucial to understand that you, as the client, must be open to receiving blessings from the universe. Feelings of anxiety, negativity, and uncertainty will block you from manifesting with spiritual products.
By purchasing spiritual products, you are attesting to your belief and faith that these tools will assist you in your spiritual work and manifesting.
Stella Maris Readings is not responsible for any consequences due to actions as a result of using spiritual products.
All spiritual products produced by Stella Maris Readings are bought on the understanding that nothing in life is 100%. Please note that your own free will changes your path and outcomes.
Reselling or swapping of any spiritual product produced and distributed by Stella Maris Readings is strictly prohibited.
Spiritual products are not meant to be anointed throughout the body, especially intimate areas. Anoint with caution and care. If you have a reaction to any spiritual product, see a doctor immediately.
Spiritual products are not intended to cause harm or spread negativity and are not to be used as weapons. All spiritual products are strictly to be used for love and light only.
All spiritual products are vegan and made with only natural ingredients. Should you have any concerns or questions about ingredients in all spiritual products, don’t hesitate to contact Stella Maris Readings in advance.
The workplace in which all spiritual products are made is constantly cleaned and undergoes continual sanitation.
All spiritual products are well-packaged and mailed with care and management. Broken or damaged spiritual products will never be mailed.
